WebWe used Crystal with 2 young children expecting them to take the stress out of the holiday. In future we will book in the same resort (Flaine - superb for families) direct ourselves. The reps sent us back to the airport on the return leg on our own (after a nightmare week from the reps) so they apparently could go skiing.
