WebEmbedded Shell Launcher is nice because it deals with restarting the app if it is closed. But Embedded Shell Launcher requires Enterprise. OP's system is running Windows 10 Home. The Shell REG_SZ method works with all editions I deal with app closure by launching a looping script from the Shell REG_SZ that relaunches the app if it is closed.
