WebA cursory google search reveals that having low frames per second in SC2 (and specifically, since HotS) is in fact normal. No matter how good your computer is, you can't get a decent frame rate on high/ultra settings, and if your computer is not that good (like mine), even playing on lowest settings will be choppy at high army supplies. Obviously, you want an fps that you can coherently see (preferably 30 fps), but the difference between 50 fps and 100 fps won't make a difference.
